Android phone freezes while recording video

My Samsung Galaxy S5 freezes from time to time and only battery removal could bring it back to working condition. When I open the Gallery it crashes and the phone reboots by itself. When it booted up again it worked extremely slow!

I opened the gallery and saw the damaged video file with a black thumbnail. I tried to delete it but the deletion failed: the gallery app crashed and the phone rebooted again.

On the third reboot I managed to delete the broken mp4 file using the stock file manager app (My Files). After I succeeded to delete it the phone finally started working normally: stopped freezing, slowing down and rebooting.

I encountered the issue after I had been using my Samsung Galaxy S5 normally during two month. This happened 3 or 4 times. A few days ago I performed a hard reset to my Galaxy S5. It was my last hope that the phone had a glitch.

But today it froze again when I began recording video. Could you please tell me how can I fix the issue and stop my Android phone freezing while video recording. Thank you in advance!
