  1. Type your password (or login and password) to log in to ANY account of the two.
  2. Press Win+R.
  3. Type netplwiz (or control userpasswords2).
  4. Hit Enter:
  5. Turn on password request if it is turned off. Just check the flag Users must… and click Apply.
  6. After that turn it OFF again: Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer
